Hungarian Chicken Paprikash, or Paprikás Csirke, is one of Hungary’s most beloved comfort foods. Tender chicken is slowly simmered in a rich, paprika-infused sauce made with onions, garlic, and sour cream. The result is creamy, savory, and incredibly satisfying—especially when served over traditional Hungarian dumplings called nokedli.
