Töltött Paprika is a classic Hungarian comfort food featuring sweet peppers filled with a savory mixture of ground meat and rice, then gently simmered in a rich tomato sauce.
The combination of tender peppers, flavorful meat filling, and slightly sweet tomato sauce makes this a hearty family meal. It is traditionally served warm with boiled potatoes and plenty of tomato sauce spooned over the top.
