Hungarian Chicken Paprikash, known as Paprikás Csirke, is one of Hungary’s most beloved comfort foods. Tender chicken is slowly simmered in a rich sauce of onions, sweet Hungarian paprika, and tomatoes, then finished with sour cream for a creamy, flavorful sauce.
Traditionally served with soft Hungarian dumplings called nokedli, this classic dish is hearty, comforting, and wonderfully satisfying.
