Ingredients
For the Lángos Dough
- 3 ½ cups (440 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 ¼ teaspoons (7 g) active dry yeast
- 1 ¼ cups (300 ml) warm milk
- ½ cup (120 ml) warm water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
For Frying
- Vegetable oil, enough for deep frying

- 1 cup (240 g) sour cream
- 2–3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1–2 tablespoons water
- 1 ½ cups (150 g) grated cheese, such as mozzarella, Edam, or a mild cheddar
