Hungarian Mushroom Soup, known as Gombaleves, is a comforting, creamy soup flavored with sweet Hungarian paprika, onions, mushrooms, dill, and sour cream. The paprika gives the soup its characteristic warm color and savory depth, while the mushrooms add a rich, earthy flavor.
It is a wonderful example of traditional Hungarian home cooking—simple, warming, and full of character.
